Community Association Programs do not run on statutory holidays or school breaks.
Refund of registration fees is only on approval of the Board. No refunds after the 2nd week of the activity.
A $25 fee MAY be charged for late registration.
Program Suggestions Welcome!
Community Association recreation programs offer children important social interaction as they learn positive ways to interact and play together. This contributes to their self-esteem and respect for each other. Adults benefit in many ways as well! Are there any programs you would like to see in our community for children, youth or adults? Contact a member of the LCA executive with your suggestions.
Instructors and Coaches Required
The Lakeridge Community Association is always looking for instructors and coaches for the programs we offer to you! If you or anyone you know are interested in coaching or teaching a class in our community, please call one of the executive members and they will provide you with more information.
You can also indicate your interest in coaching or acting as an assistant coach on your registration form. Coaching is a great way to stay involved with your children!
The Lakeridge Community Association wishes to ensure that its programs and sports leagues are accessible to all residents of Lakeridge. The Board of Directors has a policy addressing “cost as a barrier to participation.” The Community Association will cover registration fees for an individual or family in need of this assistance. You need only contact the president in confidence to qualify for assistance. Please email Mitch Bernier for more information email@example.com
LAKERIDGE/LAKEVIEW / JOINT PROGRAMMING FALL 2018
In the fall of 2018, Lakeridge Community Association is joining forces with Lakeview Community association for Youth & Adult programs. We encourage all residents to refer to the City of Saskatoon Leisure Guide https://www.saskatoon.ca > leisure-guide and our website: to see what programs are offered.
In the past, our enrollment in some of the programs has been low and we have had to cancel the program. We are hoping that our joint offerings will help to make the classes that much better.
When registering for a program, please double check the date, time and location! We know our Lakeridge/Lakeview names are similar. For the most part our programs are all being hosted in one of the four local schools. Just be aware that you might be signing up for a class that is a few extra minutes down the road.
We are looking forward to a great partnership with Lakeview! We hope we can use this shared programming strategy to keep building on the programs that are offered.
